Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required; Exemptions are NOT accepted for certain areas.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or declination documentation required
Influenza Vaccine required for flu season starting Sept 4th, 2023; no declinations or exemptions accepted.
Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation must be uploaded by the Agency.
Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding to be done onsite.
