• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - Required for specific units
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Required for specific units
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) - Required for specific units
• CHEMO (Chemotherapy) - Required for Oncology RN
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - Required for specific units
• NIH Stroke Certification - Required for specific units
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) - Required for Psych positions

Required Skills

• MS/Tele, Cardiac Telemetry, Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown
• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Telemetry monitoring
• Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery
• IV insulin protocols, Feeding tube care and management
• Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure
• Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management
• Starting IVs, Heparin Protocols
• Manage Cardiac and Vasoactive drips (no titration)
• PCA, Surgical drains, Chest tubes
• External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
• Interpretation of ABGs, Oxygen therapy, Tracheostomy Management
• Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac
