Health and Safety Requirements

Drug Testing: Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen required
Vaccination Requirements:
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Dose 1 and Dose 2 if applicable)
- Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation for the 2024-25 season

Background Check

Standard 7-year background check required, including SS Trace and county searches.

References

Minimum of 2 professional references required.
