The traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospital's service area.
General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs.
16 hours of nonbillable orientation. Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed schedule if there is a decrease in census.
Traveler can pick up additional shifts as overtime which will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.
Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education. The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice.
