Call REQ: Case by case basis, no set schedule, but required

Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 for 12’s’ 3- 40 for 8/10’s

Special Requirements: Seeking Scrub Technologist specializing in Cath Lab, additionally needing Interventional Radiology/Vascular/or Neuro experience. Two of the Four modalities preferred.

AHA ACLS and BLS are required certifications.

RCIS also preferred in addition to the required certs.
