Operating Room Nurses are professionals who are responsible for taking care of patients throughout the process of a surgery or medical procedure. They ensure patients are recovering or prepared by providing information on the outcomes or potential outcomes of a procedure.

Job requirements

At least 2 years of experience - Required
Circulating experience - Required
Must be able to work some of the holidays while on assignment
Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
No special scheduling requirements - Required
Profile Requirements: Work History, Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty, 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years

Unit specific information

Travelers will expect about 6 hours worth of modules to complete prior to start. Logins will typically be provided one week in advance of start date. If modules are completed prior to their initial start date Comanche will compensate them $250.
