Assessing patient/family health problems and resources.
Leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing care plan.
Providing technical nursing care and interventions to a designated patient population, specifically Medical/Surgical patients aged 18 and above.

Experience: One year of recent nursing experience preferred.
Licensure: Current Louisiana RN License.
Certifications:
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

The position requires active participation in fulfilling the mission of CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital and supporting its strategic plan and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
