- Day Shift – Charge RN, Transport RN, relief RN 1-2, resource RN, clerk, and RN staff.
- Night Shift – Charge RN, Transport RN, relief RN 1-2, Resource RN, clerk, and RN staff.
Schedule information
- Patient Ratios – California state law, 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3.
- Type of equipment – HF Jet Vents, HFOV’s, aEEG, Whole Body Cooling.
- EMR – Meditech and CPN.
- Typical procedures performed on unit: Intubation, central lines, PDA ligation, chest tubes, Whole Body Cooling, aEEG monitoring, Lumbar Punctures, Umbilical Line Placements, RN PICC team, Penrose drain placement, GI surgeries.
- Awards/Recognition: Active participant in March of Dimes Fundraising.
Unit specific information
- Previous travel experience is preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable personality fits best.
- No specific scrub color required, but no street clothes allowed, scrub jackets only, short sleeve tshirt under scrubs ok, no long sleeves.
