SHIFT- 3X12-HOUR WEEKEND SHIFTS (0700-1930) TRAVELER TO CHOOSE EITHER FRI, SAT, SUN or SAT, SUN, MON

- 4-6 weekends in 6 week schedule

- 4-6 calls assigned within 6 week schedule (30-minute response required)

- Holidays per dept need

Will care for Covid patients

Could float if needed

The Operating Room Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient in the operating room.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring supplies, timeliness of cases, communication with families, updating of physician preference cards, scrubbing and assisting physicians during surgical cases, and supervision of personnel delivering patient care.

*LEVEL 1 TRAUMA EXPERIENCE

*PREVIOUS TRAVELER EXPERIENCE

*Do not submit if PA license is not ACTIVE

*Active License at the time of submittal**

*MINIMUM 2 years experience required

*Epic experience preferred, not required

*ACTIVE BLS

4-6 weekends in 6 week schedule

4-6 calls assigned within 6 week schedule (30-minute response required)

*WellSpan will not consider candidates that have had license suspended anytime in the past

All time off and/or scheduling requests must be included in the submission

Candidates cannot be considered if they have been employed as a perm hire at any WellSpan site within the year.

WellSpan requires the flu vaccine from September 7 - April 30.
