The facility collaborates with skilled nursing facilities to create customized dialysis dens, offering patients shorter, gentler, and more frequent treatments that closely mimic healthy kidney function.

Patient Population

Adult and Geriatric

Requirements

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of current dialysis experience (required).
- Geriatric patient experience (required).
- NXStage Dialysis Machine experience (required).
Certifications:
- Current, valid driver’s license (required).
- CNN or CDN certification (preferred).
- Crown Web EMR experience (preferred).
- BSN (preferred).
- Agency nurse license (not Nursys) required for submission.

Additional Information

Dress Code: Black scrub tops provided; personal scrub bottoms of any color.
Requested time off (RTO) must be noted and verified at upload; no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
Non-billable orientation: 8 hours.
