Unit specific information

Provides direct nursing care for patients of all age/developmental stages in assigned areas using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsible for managing care of assigned patients and directing activities of ancillary staff.
Assesses patients' physiological and psychological needs and strengths in a competent and comprehensive manner.
Plans, implements and evaluates patients' care plan.
Demonstrates leadership skills through performance of charge nurse functions.

Additional Details

Tech Cert Verification - National required within 30 days of start.
State License 1 Verification required within 30 days of start.
NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) required within 30 days of start.
Negative QGold or TSPOT within 90 days of start.
7 Year Background Check required within 6 months of start.
