Start date: (next applicable orientation date 3-4 wks out).

Guaranteed Hours: 36 for 12's, 40 for 8/10's.

Special Requirements: Time sensitive modules prioritized once confirmed for an assignment.

BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal).

On-call requirement: Yes.

Open to accommodating block schedule: No.

Locals accepted at same rate.

Pending License accepted: Yes.

Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) DS required.

All RTO must be included at time of submission.
