AHA only certifications are preferred or required for various specialties.

Cost of living is very high in the bay area. No free parking for staff on weekends. Weak security guards. Car break-ins are frequent if you park outside the secure garage. Garage is for guests only, free parking is over a mile away. Tensions exist between case managers and social workers, work division is not balanced between the 2 groups.
