  • Auto Offer start date after 12/29/2024 - BI-WEEKLY ORIENTATIONS
  • Must be able to pass EKG testing before the start date (This is for ALL Medsurg nurses, regardless of subspecialty)
  • Prefer - previous nephrology, med/surg experience
  • EMR: Cerner / Medication system: Omnicell
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month
  • Float required / Ratio: 1:8
    Additional Details
  • Required for Vaya. Aya Placements: I9 Required
  • Subcontractors: Lotus I9 Attestation Required
  • Required for ALL candidates working at Covenant. Must be in color and current.
