Job details

Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission. Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed. All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.

Job requirements

24 months minimum of current PCU experience - REQUIRED.
Travel experience - Preferred.
Banner Cover Page completely filled out.
Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed.
Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old).
Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old).
Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.

Schedule information

RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.
All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.

Unit specific information

Department: PCU
Experience in departments that candidates are willing to ACCEPT/work in should be noted.

Additional Details

Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms).
Please add vaccination status in the submission notes.
Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
Banner has very specific background requirements that must be adhered and attested to.
