Certifications Required: Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider status (American Heart Association).
Licensure: Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice. For National License Compact (NLC) states, must meet licensure requirements in the home state. Non-NLC states require a current RN license in the state of practice.
