Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 18 months of nursing experience in a pediatric ED environment.
• Recent ED experience within the past six months.
• Strong clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
• Experience in Pediatric ED, PICU, or NICU is preferred.
