Schedule information

Shifts: 6:45-7:15 (3 min before and after grace period to clock in and out).
Self-schedule with 4 requested days off in a 4 week period.
Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shift days in 4 week period required.
Holiday Requirements: 2 major holidays required.
Floating Requirements: Yes, float to other units.

Unit specific information

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Cardiac-open heart, balloon, impella, tPA, TPE, core staff will do the specialties; keep small head bleeds, post tpa administration.
Charge Nurse: Charge-free on both shifts.
RT in ICU 24/7: Yes.
PCA's available for assistance with patient care.
