A large hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced Med-Surg/Telemetry RN's for a travel assignment.
- Unit: Trauma, Ortho, Surgical (T8)
- # beds: 30
- EMR: Cerner
- Charge Nurse: Charge RN, does not take patients
- Nurse Aides: 2 days, 1 night
- Tele: Phillips
- Vents: Bipap, cpap
- IV Team: SWAT RN available
- RT 24/7: Yes
- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: transplants post op day 1, whipples, spine, ortho joints mostly, trauma

Job requirements

The right candidate will have two years of experience and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact.
*******Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position. Maximum attempts is 2: Required for: Ambulance Transport, Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CVICU, EP Lab, ER, Helicopter Transport (Flight), House Supervisor, PACU/Recovery, PCU, PICU, Pre-op/PACU, Stepdown, Telemetry/IMC, Transitional ICU/TCU units.***
- Certs: BLS
