Charge nurse experience preferred
Required to perform typical procedures such as Peripheral IV starts, Dressing changes, and Other standard medical surgical skills

Schedule information

Day Shift – 1 charge RN, 2-3 RNs, 1 LPN, 1-2 PCTs, 1 unit secretary
Night Shift – 1 charge RN, 2-3 RNs, 1 LPN, 1-2 PCTs
Patient Ratios – 6:1, Goal is for charge nurse to be out of staffing to assist.
Weekends: every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule.
