- Required Certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS
- RN position available
- Shift: 7:00PM - 7:30 AM
- Unit: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
- Start: ASAP
- Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
- Must have OR circulator experience
- Must have Labor and delivery experience
- Perform SVE and place IUPC and FSE
- Be stork nurse and transition baby at delivery
- Typical procedures performed: Induction, C-Section, Vaginal delivery, D&C, cerclage, versions and bilateral tubal ligation, Triage, NST, OB injections, OP infusions, IUFD care
- Shift for the Traveler: Night Shift
- Patient Ratios: 1:3 variable by census and acuity
- On Call Requirements: 2 shifts on call per four-week schedule
- Weekend Requirements: 2 weekends, but variable depending on staffing
- Type of equipment: GE fetal monitors, Panda warmers, IUPC, Kiwi vac., Koala IUPC
- EMR: Epic and CPN connect
- Dress Code: Hospital provided royal blue scrubs (would change in the facility)
- Unit Guidelines/Policies: No elective pre 39 week deliveries, Pitocin Protocol, HTN and PP hemorrhage protocols, malignant hyperthermia protocols
- Level II NICU with onsite pediatric hospitalists
