- Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey.
- We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

- Active RN license in Kentucky
- BLS certification
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Hospital experience is a must
- Day shift weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday only
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
- Weekend hours: 36
- Call requirements: If not working weekends, every third weekend
- Common diagnoses/treatment: Amputee, stroke, hip and knee replacements
- Preferred skillset/experience: Rehab experience
