  • Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.
  • General job duties: Verify orders, supervise technicians, clinical support (renal dosing, therapeutic drug monitoring, anticoagulation monitoring, therapeutic interchange, preparing IV admixtures, compounding and dispensing)
  • Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.: Meditech EMR system, Med carousel centralized storage, Pharmacy Keeper, PyxisES dispensing cabinets
    Job requirements
  • familiar with Meditech computer system, minimum 2 yrs. experience
    Schedule information
  • All Shifts maybe required (24/7), weekends
    Unit specific information
  • No floating to other units/departments
  • Unit/department specific training and orientation program: 3 full days of orientation
  • Dress Code: Professional, white coat or scrubs OK
