All candidates must have experience recovering fresh hearts directly from the OR within the last 6 months.

3 full years of SICU/CVICU experience.
Experience with open hearts.
Experience recovering fresh hearts directly from the OR within the last 6 months.
General medical & surgical ICU experience in addition to CVICU experience.

Schedule information

Unit specific information

Charge Nurse 24/7 - no patients unless absolutely necessary.
Resource nurse available 24/7.
No techs, support staff/unit clerk/secretary available.
Patients: TAVR, Impella, IABP, lumbar drains, Swanz, manual hemo experience preferred.
No CRRT.

***ALL MYJOURNEY MODULES NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. TRAVELER WILL BE PUSHED BACK IF ALL MODULES ARE NOT COMPLETED. NO EXCEPTIONS***
