Pros
Staff is amazing and welcoming. Sepsis nurses are super helpful. They have hold nurses. Which is great. you don't have to board pts
Cons
The hospital operates like a level2. the hospital is too small for the amount of pts they see and have. I had 4 ICU pts at once. Can be stressful but does slow down towards the end of the night.
