Job Description
Physical therapists evaluate posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop treatment plans aimed at helping patients regain mobility and independence. Responsibilities include:
- Leading, guiding, and directing the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Developing treatment plans based on identified areas of strength and weakness.
- Assisting patients with tasks such as getting up from a chair or climbing stairs.
Qualifications
- A valid, unrestricted license in physical therapy in the state of Washington.
- Must meet educational requirements for licensure.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
- Experience Requirements:
- 1 year of physical therapy experience (required).
- Long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience (preferred).
