- CERTS: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- BLS and ACLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
- Traveler must pass the BCA (basic cardiac arrhythmia) testing during first week of assignment.

- 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS
- 2 years experience current required in an 18 plus bed telemetry/neuro unit required.
- Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.
- Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
- Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license.
- Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
- When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
- 12 hour night shift position
- Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.
- On call, weekends and holidays may be required.
- Will float to med/surg, ICU to care for tele patients boarding in ICU, and ED to care for admitted inpatients holding for bed or as helping hands.
- ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
- EMR: EPIC experience preferred
- SCRUBS: Required and not provided by the facility. White scrub top. Scrub pants in sangria red, plum purple, hunter green or black.
- NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024)
- Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.
- State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
