Hospital located in Eastern Nebraska is looking for multiple In Patient Rehab RN's. This is an inpatient rehab with acute, post-acute, and neuro patients. Ratios are 1:6, 35 bed.

Schedule information

0630-1900, 1830-0700 / cyclic self-scheduling
At minimum every 3rd weekend
At minimum 2 holidays

Unit specific information

35 beds
Will float to MedSurg

Additional Details

Ratios: Days: 1:5 / Nights: 1:6
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Adults and geriatrics, Stroke, SCI, Amputee, BI, critical illness, neurological disease-MS, Parkinsons, etc.
No requirement to titrate drips
Charge Nurse available each shift
Patient care techs: Yes - ratios: 1:10-15
Classroom orientation and 2- 12 hour shifts on the unit
Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, possess teamwork and problem-solving skills, as well as have compassion, inclusion, integrity, excellence, collaboration
