No Holiday RTO - Must be willing to work the Holidays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day

MedSurg RN - Ortho/Neuro/Peds floor; Start date is 3 weeks from offer; 13 week assignment w possible extension; Nights; EOW; Minimal to no RTO (must be included on submission)

Option for 3x12s or 4x12s

Minimum One year recent MedSurg experience required; Previous travel experience preferred; Royal Blue scrubs required (not provided)

*Qualivis submission form required on all submissions; References, Skills Checklist, updated NURSYS and copy of DL to prove 31-50-mile radius. No locals under 30 miles

Required Skills: FM-Intermediate, IV Start

Nights; EOW; Minimal to no RTO

Option for 3x12s or 4x12s

Archbold: Color copy of driver's license required. Black and White NOT acceptable.

Archbold: Proof of Everify or attestation

Please require if nurse is working on a compact license

AHA or ARC required

Archbold: Must be updated annually

The facility will be assigning HealthStream modules.

MUST be completed within 2 weeks of start.
