Job Description

Position: MRI Tech
Shift Options:
- 4x10s (12:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
- 2x16 (7:00 AM - 11:00 PM) / 1x8 (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Weekend Requirement: Will most likely work one weekend per contract (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Experience Required: 2 years
Licenses/Certifications Required:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- WV State License

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA only)
BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA only)
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA only)
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
Tech Cert Verification - National
HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
State License Verification
NURSYS Verification (for RNs, LPNs, LVNs, APs)
NIH Stroke Certification (required for PACU & ICU)

Health Documents Required

Physical Exam - Initial and updated annually
TB Testing - Negative PPD, Quantiferon Gold, or T-spot required within 1 year of start
Vaccinations - Tdap, Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
Drug Testing - 9 panel drug screen within the last 12 months
Flu Vaccine - Required annually
COVID-19 Vaccination - Declination form required if not vaccinated

Background Check

Criminal Check - 7 year check within a year of start and updated annually

References

Clinical References - Proof of 2 clinical references required
