Employment Details

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Floating Requirement: May float to other M/S units or to the ED as a boarder nurse if needed

Required Certifications

• BLS: Basic Life Support
• MS/Tele Experience: Required
• Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response Skills:

  • Interpretation of dysrhythmias
  • Management of dysrhythmias

  • Drug Testing (10 panel within 30 days of start)
  • Flu Seasonal Vaccination (required during flu season)
  • Eye Exam (Snellen testing within 1 year of start)
  • Color Blind Exam (Ishihara testing within 1 year of start)

Background and Reference Checks

• Background Check: Standard checks including SS Trace and County searches for the last 7 years
