Required Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support): Required for all direct patient care personnel.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support): Required for RNs in Critical Care Units, Emergency Department, and other specified areas.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support): Required for RNs in the Emergency Department. Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certificate is also acceptable.
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course): Required.
Additional Requirements
- License/Certificate Verification: Must be dated within 30 days of start.
- Fit Test: Required.
- Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen: Must be completed within 30 days of start, preferred within 14 days.
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of vaccination or declination required.
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella): Proof of vaccination required.
- Hepatitis B: Proof of vaccination required.
- Influenza Vaccine: Proof of vaccination required during the flu season.
- Varicella (Chickenpox): Proof of vaccination required.
- Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis): Proof of vaccination required.
- Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from an exam within the last year that candidate is fit to work.
- Trinity Profile: Resume, Skills Checklist within a year, and 2 Professional References required.
- Background Checks: Federal, Nationwide, and County Criminal checks from the last 7 years required.
Compliance and Training
- Trinity Code of Conduct Form: Must be signed and on file.
- Trinity Confidentiality Agreement: Must be signed and on file.
- Trinity Employment Verification: Employment verifications from the last 7 years required.
- Trinity Joint Commission Testing: CORE Exam within a year required.
- Trinity System Access Form: Must be completed and uploaded one week before start.
Notes
- No local contracts; candidates must be located 75+ miles from the facility.
- All required documents must be uploaded to the candidate's record in Trinity VMS.
