Job Description

• Shifts: 4x10 shifts
• Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Diagnostic Heart Catheterizations (Required)
  • Scrub in for Vascular Procedures (Required)
  • Moderate Sedation Experience (Required)

Required Qualifications

• Experience:

  • IR (Interventional Radiology) experience is a must.
• Licenses/Certifications:

  • Current Nursing License (Required)
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (Required)
  • Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification (Required)
  • EMR Epic knowledge (Required)

Additional Requirements

• Training and Testing:

  • Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (Valid for 2 years)
  • Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam (Must score 80% or higher)
  • Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening (Must score 80% or higher)
  • Prime Core Competencies Exam (Must score 80% or higher)
  • Prime Specialty Exam (Must score 80% or higher)
  • Prime Skills Checklist
• Health Requirements:

  • COVID-19 Vaccination (2 doses and booster required or declination completed)
  • MMR (Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity)
  • Hepatitis B (3 doses, if not titers are required)
  • Influenza Vaccine (or declination required from October 1 to May 31)
  • TB Test
  • Varicella (Vaccination/titer showing immunity)
  • Tdap (Vaccination required)
  • Annual Respirator fit test
  • Physical/Health Statement (Annually)
• Background Checks:

  • National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date
