- 2 professional references required, with at least 1 supervisory reference.
Criminal Background Check
- Must be completed within 30 days of start and updated every 3 years.
OIG, EPLS, OFAC, and National Sex Offender Searches
- Must be completed within 30 days of start and updated annually.
Medi-Cal Suspended and Ineligible Provider List
- Must be checked within 30 days prior to the first assignment and updated with each extension.
Education Verification
- A diploma, degree, or transcripts required, along with primary source verification of the highest level of education.
License/Certificate Verification
- Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification required.
Certifications
BLS (Basic Life Support)
- AHA or ARC certification required.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Must be completed through AAP NRP learning platform.
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
