- Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effectively.
- Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor.
- This policy will begin on 6/1/2024.

Job requirements
- Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours on bill rates over $40/hr
- OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x regular rates
- Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.

- A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.
- Michigan license verification is required for nurses.
- Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
- Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
- McLaren's local traveler policy is to reduce the travel rate by 10%.
- Anyone with a permanent address within a 35 mile radius of the facility is considered a local traveler.
