Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effectively.

Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor.

This policy will begin on 6/1/2024.

Must be willing to float to similar units - Required

OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x regular rates

Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.

References NOT required.

A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.

Michigan license verification is required for nurses.

Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.

Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.

McLaren's local traveler policy is to reduce the travel rate by 10%.

Anyone with a permanent address within a 35 mile radius of the facility is considered a local traveler.
