This req is to offer future assignment to current traveler, Karlee Schmidt, 13 weeks after she takes 30 day break.
Current assignment dates: 4/1/24 - 12/21/24
Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location.
Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization.

Job requirements

Two (2) years relevant clinical healthcare experience.
National Certification/Verification within 30 days of start & upon expiration. If a certification is not state-mandated, please check the Unit Description to determine which certifications are required or preferred.

Additional Details

Required per Vaya standard.
Current/valid Drivers License required if driving is requirement of the position.
Must be issued by American Heart Association (AHA). Renewals: Certificates of Completion/Attestation showing proof that renewal was completed will be accepted and allow candidate to continue working while they wait for a copy of their new card.
