Job details

Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities. The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9. Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule.
MS Tele Oncology: Mixed acuity unit with travelers required to work with med-surg patients. Ratios: 1:5-6 for Med-Surg; PCU 1:3-4. 18 months experience required.
Weekend requirement: Every other.
Clinician float within the scope to meet facility needs.
Open to accommodating block schedule to be discussed.
Special requirements: PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown; interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, accessing ports, starting IVs. Preferred experience: neuro and oncology experience; Central Line Care/Management; monitoring chemotherapy.
Medical PCU Oncology and Stroke Unit; Mixed Acuity Unit - Medical patients with some PCU level of care patients.

Job requirements

Certs required: ACLS, BLS required; NIH preferred.
IN-STATE LICENSE/REQUIRED CERTS must be in hand to submit.
Guaranteed hours: 8 and 10-hour shifts - 40 hours in one workweek. 3, 12-hour shifts - 36 hours in one workweek. 4, 12-hour shifts - 48 hours in one workweek.
