Unit Type: Cath Lab
Number of Beds: 8 Holding Bays and 4 Cath/EP suites
Staffing: 16 staff members
Patient Ratios: 3 staff to 1 patient
Shift Details:
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Night Shift: Rotating on-call

Equipment and Technology

Type of Equipment: Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, CardioLab for EP
EMR System: Meditech

Required Skills

Must Have:
- ACLS certification
- 1-2 years of Cath Lab experience
- Scrub and monitoring skills and experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in EP/Structural Heart/Monitoring skills
- Right Heart monitoring

Typical Procedures

LHC (Left Heart Catheterization)
RHC (Right Heart Catheterization)
EP ablations
Pacemakers, ICDs, Cardioversions, TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiogram)
Tilt Table Tests
