- Patient Ratios – 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and 1:4 depending on acuity of infant.
- Type of equipment - Vents, Oscillator, IV pumps, feeding pumps, Medela milk warmers, phototherapy equipment, Omnibeds, bubble cPAP
- EMR - CPN documentation and Meditech
- Typical procedures performed on unit(s) - Assist with Line placement and line changes
Job details
- Must have: NRP, BLS
- Level II and Level III experience
- Preferred or nice to have: STABLE, Lactation Experience
Job requirements
- Day Shift – Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Secretary 7-3 and 3-11, RN’s, RT, NNP on site 24/7, Neonatologist available 24/7 PT and OT, Lactation Consultant
- Night Shift – Clinical Nurse Coordinator, RN’s, RT, NNP on site 24/7, Neonatologist available 24/7
Schedule information
- Number of Beds - 14
- Patient Ratios – 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and 1:4 depending on acuity of infant.
- Scrubs Color – royal blue scrubs
- Unit Guidelines/Policies: Hand hygiene-nothing below elbows, no rings, watches, fake nails or nail polish.
