Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 5 nurses, 3 techs
Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 5 nurses, 2 techs
Patient Ratios: 1:4 (charge nurse is free of patients)
Type of Equipment: Vents, Feeding Pumps, IV Pumps, Wound Vacs, Specialty beds, Suction, Chest Tubes
EMR: Meditech

Must Have:
- BLS certification
- Ability to manage chest tubes, trauma patients, trachs, and suction
Preferred Skills:
- ACLS certification

Unit Type: Level 1 trauma center with complex and interesting patients
Team Environment:
- Great teamwork and motivated nurses
- Supportive charge nurses
- Excellent tech support on both day and night shifts
- Collaborative physicians
