Job Description

• Position: Pharmacist
• Shift: Overnight
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 80
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Number of Openings: 1

Requirements

• Licensure: Must have an Arizona Pharmacist license
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an inpatient hospital setting
• Skills:

  • Order entry
  • Compounding
  • Clinical skills (renal dosing and adjusting for body weight)
• Preferred: Residency trained

• Patient Population: Mixed, primarily geriatrics
• Patient Ratios: Handles all patients

Additional Information

• Attendance Policy: Travelers are allowed one call out per contract; a second call out requires documentation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Dress Code: Scrubs (any color), business casual preferred in lieu of scrubs; no jeans, tank tops, or holes in clothes.
