RN's: BLS, ACLS

CV Invasive Rad Techs: BLS & ACLS, & WV License/ARRT - will not accept RCIS (must have Rad Techs due to WV requirements with Xray Equipment

Familiarity with Acist injector & experience with IABP, IVUS preferred

COVID VACCINE REQUIRED: Fully vaccinated or valid medical/religious exemption

Weekend Requirement - Techs: (Same as RN's)

Call Requirement - RN's/response time: Monday - Friday 1530 - 0700 (average 15 days per month but will decrease with additional permanent staff)

Shifts: Monday - Friday 0700-1530

Floating possible to Non-Invasive CV to start IV's

Floor specific orientation: 2 Shifts with a preceptor, then usually do a 'buddy call' for Cath Lab

# suites/labs: 7 Suites holding rooms & 2 cath labs (2 Bays & 5 Rooms) Holding 2 Cath Labs

# cases per day on average: some days as few as 2 up to 9 (average 4-5)

Cath lab/IR Techs: CV Rad Techs Scrub/Monitor

Common cases(IR &Cath lab): All Cardiac Adults (peripheral, cardiac cath PCI, devices, only adults)

Additional Questions: Are you familiar with Acist injectr (automatic - but not a deal breaker will teach it there) & must have experience with IABP, IVUS?

Monday - Friday 8hr days with occasional call. Call will increase once the Neuro Lab is up and running. Must have Neuro IR / IR experience.

Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility

Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years

Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years

Travel teams must be submitted together in 1 email

We are only permitted to submit 2 candidates per opening, if the position is at max, we will hold on to the submission if a spot opens up
