  • Unit Census = 30-32.
  • 35 Beds in Unit.
  • Staffing Guidelines: 1 nurse to 6 patients.
    Additional Details
  • Performs charge nurse duties as assigned.
  • Coordinates with the Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager/Nursing Shift Manager to ensure supplies are appropriately utilized.
  • Demonstrates patient focused and cost efficient approaches.
  • Documents in an accurate and thorough manner.
