Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients.
Your expertise will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care on the dynamic general Med/Surg unit.
Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population, all while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.
We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency.
You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job requirements

To join our team, you must have at least three years of acute care experience, with preference given to candidates familiar with Meditech.
A current Vermont RN or multi-state licensure and BCLS certification are essential, while ACLS certification is highly desired.
This is NOT a pediatric floor but may occasionally have a pediatric patient - DO NOT SUBMIT PEDI ONLY RNs.

Additional Details

Travelers may only be on assignment for no more than 26 weeks. The initial 13 and then one extension up to 13 weeks. They can reapply/return after one year away from NVRH.
