Job Description

• Candidates must ensure that the prescreen is filled out and attached upon submission.
• A resume and license verification are also required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is preferred.
• A COVID-19 test is required 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours before starting.

• Social Security Number Trace
• 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray
• SAM Search
• Negative Drug Screen Results
• Physical Examination
• LA Fire Safety Card (Every 4 Years)
