- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Completion of an approved training program for Ophthalmology Technician.
- Licensure/Certication/Registration: Certified Ophthalmology Technician (COT) or Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist (COMT).

- To qualify as a traveler, the perm address of the traveler must be more than 50 miles away from the facility.
