Oregon licensure.

Maintains a positive and professional atmosphere for patients, physicians and co-workers.

Performs all duties of a CT and MRI Technologist.

Demonstrates interpersonal skills necessary in order to interact effectively with patients who may be under physical or emotional stress and gather and exchange patient information with nursing personnel and physicians.

Transfers and properly positions patients for examinations in order to obtain desired radiographic results according to physician specifications.

Provides immobilization as required and protection in accordance with prescribed safety standards.

Trained in transferring images from CT or MRI modality into PACS.

Licensed in the State of Oregon.

Qualifications and experience determined to be adequate by Director of department and lead technologist to operate equipment and evaluate images obtained.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must pull call on rotational basis for 24-hour coverage in CT/MRI.

Medium to very heavy physical demand (lifting and moving patients 100 to 300 lbs must be able to work independently as well as with patients, hospital staff, and physicians.

Call Rotation - travelers rotate call four weekdays one week, with the weekend off, and then off the next four weekdays and on the weekend.

Monday-Thursday 20:00 to 0630

GE CT EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
