Pros

Staff is incredibly friendly and treats travelers very well. Case load is typically not very heavy, only scrub about 3 cases a day with the dept doing 10-15 per day. A good mix of lines, drains, and angios

Cons

Portland is incredibly expensive. Currently travelers don't take call (which is fine with me) but not much opportunity to make extra money in call-backs
