  • Mom/Baby, Peds and/or NICU experience
    Schedule information
  • Number of Staff – Matrix is 8-10 for night shift
  • Type of staff: Night Shift – 1 charge, 7-9 RNs, 1 CST
  • Patient Ratios – 2:1, 1:1 with complicated patients
    Unit specific information
  • Number of Beds – 19 patient rooms, 6 PACU rooms, 6 triage rooms, 3 L&D ORs
  • Type of equipment - FHR monitors (Novii and GE), FSE (fetal scalp electrodes), EMR – CPN and Meditech
  • List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Vaginal deliveries, c-section deliveries
  • Delivery of care through nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing kincare for labor and delivery patients, postpartum patients and high-risk antepartum patients.
