*DON'T SUBMIT IF TRAVELER DOES NOT HAVE PEDS EXPERIENCE. Okay to submit if not within a dedicated Children's facility.
No Thanksgiving or Christmas RTO allowed. Must work 2 out of 3 holidays.
Shift: 3x12 variable - must be flexible to work days or nights
Ratio: 1:1-2
Unit Summary: High acuity unit seeing injury, respiratory failure, shock, multi-system failure, poisonings, near drowning, meningitis, post-op cardiac surgical care, neurosurgery. Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice.

Job requirements

Required: CA license
2 full years of recent independent PICU experience (PICU experience must be within the last year)
Willing to float between units (CVPICU & NICU)
Experience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, specifically CVP and EKG.

Additional Details

Valid photo ID is required. Must have front and back copies. Traveler must present on their first day.
Traveler must be willing to get flu shot when requested.
