  • *DON'T SUBMIT IF TRAVELER DOES NOT HAVE PEDS EXPERIENCE. Okay to submit if not within a dedicated Children's facility.
  • No Thanksgiving or Christmas RTO allowed. Must work 2 out of 3 holidays.
  • Shift: 3x12 variable - must be flexible to work days or nights
  • Ratio: 1:1-2
  • Unit Summary: High acuity unit seeing injury, respiratory failure, shock, multi-system failure, poisonings, near drowning, meningitis, post-op cardiac surgical care, neurosurgery. Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice.
    Job requirements
  • Required: CA license
  • 2 full years of recent independent PICU experience (PICU experience must be within the last year)
  • Willing to float between units (CVPICU & NICU)
  • Experience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, specifically CVP and EKG.
    Schedule information
  • Shift: 3x12 variable - must be flexible to work days or nights

    Additional Details
  • Valid photo ID is required. Must have front and back copies. Traveler must present on their first day.
  • Traveler must be willing to get flu shot when requested.
